Abstract: Integrated City is a city where various urban elements (housing, transport,&#xD;
infrastructure, services, and business) are well-connected and work together&#xD;
cohesively. The goal is to create a seamless and efficient urban environment where all&#xD;
parts of the city are interlinked, improving mobility, reducing inefficiencies, and&#xD;
enhancing the quality of life for residents.&#xD;
Sustainable City focuses on long-term ecological, economic, and social sustainability.&#xD;
It emphasizes using resources efficiently, minimizing environmental impact, reducing&#xD;
waste and pollution, and providing equitable opportunities for all residents. A&#xD;
sustainable city aims to balance economic development, environmental protection, and&#xD;
social well-being.&#xD;
When both principles of integration and sustainability are implemented in a single city,&#xD;
the result is a highly efficient, eco-friendly urban environment that provides a high&#xD;
quality of life for its residents. An integrated and sustainable city will have:&#xD;
• Efficient use of resources, with green technologies and sustainable&#xD;
infrastructure.&#xD;
• Connected transportation systemsthat reduce traffic congestion and pollution.&#xD;
• Equitable access to services and opportunities for all citizens.&#xD;
• Low environmental impact through energy efficiency, waste reduction, and&#xD;
eco-friendly policies.&#xD;
In essence, combining these two principles would lead to a well-functioning, resilient&#xD;
city that is both liveable and environmentally responsible, ensuring a better future for&#xD;
all residents.</description>
